Ken was born and raised in the Chicago area. He studied at Moody Bible Institute and Wheaton College Graduate School. After working for Chapelstreet Church in the Chicago suburbs for 8 years as the pastor for university students he and his wife Emmy relocated to Southern California where he continued to pastor university students at a church in Oceanside, CA.

In 2013 Ken and Emmy moved to Liverpool, England with the plan to “test the waters” for one year and see if the Lord was calling them to church planting and long-term ministry in Europe. After a year of serving at Christ Church Liverpool as a volunteer pastor, the church hired Ken onto the pastoral staff as co-pastor and at the same time commissioned him to launch the Alliance for Transatlantic Theological Training (AT3). In 2020, they moved to Los Angeles to help start Christ Church Los Angeles. Ken continues to lead the efforts of AT3 as President alongside his role as Lead Pastor at CCLA.

He enjoys food, reading and loves road cycling so much he rode all the way across the USA in 2003. He met his wife Emmy outside of a coffee shop and they still drink coffee together every day.

Clint grew up in “in the west” of America while his dad pastored churches in Texas, Washington, Southern California, and Arizona. Clint found his passion for worship ministry and developing young leaders in Phoenix and he honed those skills as he studied at Grand Canyon University and served in worship and youth ministries at Rock Point Church. 

Soon after graduating, Clint was sent by Converge Worldwide to Manchester UK to be one of the first apprentices in a UK-based training organization called The Alliance for Transatlantic Theological Training (AT3). Throughout his apprenticeship he completed his MTh at Union School of Theology, trained for church planting at City Church Manchester and met his wonderful wife Hannah. In 2018, Clint joined the AT3 staff helping prepare and mobilize apprentices for the UK, while continuing his training at City Church. 

In 2020, Clint and Hannah joined Ken and Emmy in LA to help establish Christ Church. Clint continues to support AT3 from the US in his role as Director of Mobilization, alongside his role as Assistant Pastor at Christ Church. 

Clint enjoys film photography, hiking, playing music and brewing an excellent cup of coffee. Clint and Hannah love to eat delicious food and explore new places, while connecting with new friends in their community.
