Here is a sneak peak at our kid's room for CCLA Kids.

In Christ Church Kids Groups, our mission is to partner with parents in shepherding the souls of their children (toddlers through 8th grade). Our teachers seek to invest in each child - in who God made them and who they are becoming - an individual made in the image of God, dearly loved, worthy of thoughtful listening and intentional relationship at every age, and capable of endless potential.

Our goal is to speak the words of the gospel to the kiddos in our care, planting seeds of God’s Word deep in their hearts and joyfully modeling it in our examples, that one day they may trust in Jesus for salvation. From preparing lessons to silly crafts and answering hard questions, we aim to reflect renewal, discipleship, hospitality in all that we do.

Here's what to expect when visiting Christ Church for the first time:

First, find the area marked for CCLA Kids Groups where you can check-in your kids starting at 10:15am. After checking in, your children will remain with you in the main service until they are dismissed to their Kids Groups in the middle of the service.

After the service concludes, you'll will be able to pick your kids up at the Kids Groups table.

To make your first visit seamless, please pre-register your family at the button below.

Before Service: You can check-in your child at the kids group check-in and meet the kid's leader who will be leading the kid's group that day.

During Service: The kids will go to their groups upstairs after the first half hour of the service during our meet and greet time. At the door one of our leaders will print you and your child will matching name tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you hold on to the matching tag. In the event there is a need to contact you during the service, one of our volunteers with get in touch with the information you've provided.

After Service: After the service is complete, you will return to the CCLA kids room upstairs and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.

Laura Qutanilla leads our Kids Ministry at Christ Church along with a great team of dedicated volunteers. Laura has excellent experience working with children from her years as an elementary school music teacher and she has a passion children being loved and cared for. Our team works hard to care for the kids at Christ Church every Sunday.
